Spring Valley residents may reserve the Cabana area for family gatherings, parties, or meetings during the months the pool is open. Reservations apply to the Cabana space only (covered area with designated tables and chairs) and do not restrict other pool members from using the pool or restrooms. Reservations are not permitted on national or state holidays and are approved on a first-come, first-served basis by the SVCA Executive Board.

How to Reserve:
Submit a Cabana Reservation Form to the SVCA Pool Chair at least two weeks prior to your event. After a brief call or meeting to review event details, your request will be approved or denied. Payment is required once the reservation is approved.

Reservation Fees:

• Pool Key Members: $150 (includes $50 refundable deposit)
   

• Non-Pool Members: $350 (includes $50 refundable deposit)
   

The deposit will be refunded if all pool rules are followed and the Cabana area is cleaned after the event.
 

Guidelines:
Reservations may last up to 6 hours between 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM (including setup and cleanup). The pool gate locks at 9:00 PM. Events are limited to 50 guests, the key holder must remain on site, and hosts are responsible for guest behavior, cleanup, and any damages. Music is allowed at a reasonable volume, and decorations must remain within the Cabana area.

The SVCA Executive Board reserves the right to deny events deemed inappropriate for the facility.

NOTE: Checklist must be signed off by designated SVCA Executive Board member to receive deposit return.
